Product description
A gold-coloured lamp packaged in a white box, labelled as "Aromatherapy lamp - The fragrance of faith."
Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of fire because the plug does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 and cannot make a secure connection with the socket. During use, this could cause the plug to overheat and catch fire.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by the fulfilment centre, TCS Virtual Shopping.
If you have not been contacted directly by TCS Virtual Shopping regarding the recall, you should contact the seller you purchased from for redress.
