Hazard
The product presents a risk of choking and injuries as the battery compartment of the product is not adequately secured and is easily accessible. The AAA batteries may be placed in the mouth by children and swallowed, presenting a choking and injuries hazard for young children and causing damage to the gastrointestinal tract.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
