Hazard
The product presents a low risk of fire due to a manufacturing defect which affects the internal output terminal block. This defect may cause internal electrical connections to overheat during use, and may also reduce the lifespan of the charger.
Corrective action
Wallbox SLU and Wallbox UK Limited have contacted owners of affected products directly. A software update will be issued and affected chargers will be inspected, with repairs or replacement parts provided where necessary.
