Hazard
The product presents a risk of choking as the hands and feet can detach or break off during reasonably foreseeable use, creating small parts that fit entirely within a small parts cylinder. These small parts pose a choking risk to young children, particularly those under 36 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths. Improvements are also required to labelling and marking.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
