Hazard
Specific batches of the product have incorrect adhesion of the blanking panel to the basket, which may lead to a 230v wire being exposed.
This wire could provide an electric shock to installers, or professionals maintaining the product.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled by Honeywell Lighting Controls.
Customers with affected batches have been contacted by Honeywell Lighting Controls and instructed to return the products for a free replacement.
