Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of fire because it was supplied with an incorrect USB cable. This could lead to the cable overheating, igniting the pom-poms and causing a fire.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by PomPom Galore Limited.
If you purchased this product between September and December 2025, please stop using it immediately and contact Pom Pom Galore for a full refund / replacement.
