The product presents a serious risk of suffocation as it is not supplied with appropriate safety information or instructions for use. Diesel heaters must only be used in sufficiently ventilated spaces, without which the user is exposed to potentially fatal concentrations of carbon monoxide.
Improvements are required to marking, labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

The import has been rejected at the border.
