Set of rubber bath toys shaped like an octopus, crab and dolphin
Hazard
The octopus and crab present a high risk of choking as they have extended 'limbs' which could present a choking hazard for young children, particularly those under 10 months of age who have a natural tendency to explore objects by placing them in their mouths. Improvements are also required to product marking and labelling.
The products do not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The products have been recalled from end users by Babi Pur and consumers have been contacted to advise them of the risk.
