Hazard
The product presents a serious of fire because it is powered by an insufficient adaptor, and the insulation and mains supply cord do not meet the requirements of the relevant standard. The plug's pins are also too close to the periphery, meaning that a consumer is at risk of receiving an electric shock.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs & Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
