The product presents a serious risk of fire as the battery charger and power supply have not been manufactured to the required safety standards. The product's charger has not been assessed using the relevant UK conformity assessment procedures and has no valid documentation. If a fault were to occur, the battery may explode, and a fire may start. Improvements are also required to product marking and labelling.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
