Hazard
The product presents a risk of fire because, if the bench pad were to come into contact with a naked flame, it would melt and allow the internal filing to catch fire and continue to flame.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
