The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the assembly instructions are inadequate and required safety warnings are not present, which could lead the user to convert their bicycle in an unsafe manner. Additionally, the product has a maximum speed of 52 mph, which is in excess of the maximum permissible for use on UK roads as an Electrically Power-Assisted Cycle (EPAC).
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.

The import has been rejected at the border.
