The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the control wiring had been screwed through. This could lead to the product short-circuiting during use and the user losing control of the product. Improvements are also required to product documentation and labelling.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
