A black electric air compressor / pump fitted with a black 'clover' style plug
Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of fire as it is supplied with a 3-pin 'clover' style plug which does not have the facility for a fuse link. If a fault occurred while in use, the plug may overheat and catch fire. Improvements are also required to marking, labelling and documentation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs and Sockets etc (Safety) Regulations 1994.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
