Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as live internal parts are accessible without tools, and the plug face does not meet the required dimensional requirements. A user could access the live parts while the product is in use and receive an electric shock. Improvements are also required to the documentation and product markings.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 or the Plugs and Sockets etc (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
