The product presents a high risk of fire due to poor internal construction. There is insufficient creepage and clearance distances between the mains potential input circuits and the low voltage output circuits. If the current surged, or there was a fault, the product could explode and catch fire.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
Corrective action
The import has been rejected at the border.
